Terms of Service

Last updated September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nosebleed (the "Service," "app"). By creating an account or using Nosebleed, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Nosebleed

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nosebleed. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide when creating an account is accurate.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Pick a display name that isn't impersonating someone else, and keep your profile accurate.

Community Guidelines

Nosebleed is a place to enjoy games with your crew. You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or target any other user;
  • Post hate speech, or anything that attacks people over race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability;
  • Post sexual, violent, or otherwise objectionable content, photos, or comments;
  • Spam, or impersonate another person or Nosebleed itself;
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the Service.

You can report any post, comment, or profile, and block any user, directly in the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post — game memories, photos, comments, chat messages, and shared posts. By posting content, you grant Nosebleed a license to store, display, and distribute it within the app as needed to provide the Service (for example, showing your public memories to friends in The Sideline feed, or your messages to the people in a chat). You're responsible for content you post, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Content you mark as public (public game memories, Sideline posts, comments) is visible to other signed-in users. Live "currently watching" status is also visible to other signed-in users while you're checked in.

Sports data and third-party content

Scores, schedules, and news shown in Nosebleed come from third-party sources (like ESPN and Google News). We don't control and can't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data. It's provided for informational purposes and shouldn't be relied on for anything where accuracy is critical (e.g. wagering).

Supporting the app

The "Buy me a hot dog" link is a way to voluntarily support Nosebleed's development. It doesn't unlock any feature or grant any benefit — every feature in Nosebleed is available to every user for free, regardless of whether you use it.

Disclaimers

Nosebleed is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nosebleed disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nosebleed and its developer won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using Nosebleed and delete your account at any time (Edit Profile → Danger zone). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Nosebleed changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
